How It Works

Everything you need to know before booking a telehealth consultation

Getting Started

Select the service you need, and follow the instructions to make the appointment. During this process you can sign up using your email address.
Absolutely. You can create an account for you, or your family member. You also have the ability to attend the consultation with them.

Booking an Appointment

Go to the home page, and select the service you are after. Select the number of attendees to the appointment, and confirm a date and a time for your appointment. Then follow the given steps to login to your account (or create new account), and make the appointment payment, you will receive an email with the appointment confirmation and video link.
Home page shows the definition of each specialty. When you select a specialist, the next page will show their expertise, languages spoken, and a short description of them. If you’re unsure, you can book a general practitioner first for guidance.
Yes, you can. If you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment, there’s no fee. Changes made within 12 hours may include a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

During the Consultation

Only a smart phone. Our platform has been built to make it easy for you, and it works in your browser and on smart mobile devices. Just ensure your camera and microphone are enabled.
If the call disconnects, you can rejoin from the same link. If the issue continues, the clinician may request to switch to an audio call or reschedule the session.
Absolutely. No video/audio consultation is ever recorded. Only you and your clinician have access to the conversation, unless an additional attendee is joined to that conversation from the patient’s side.

Payments

You can pay using your debit/credit card or other popular Sri Lankan mobile payment methods during the final step of your booking.
Yes. All payment data is processed through secure gateways. We never store your card details.

Technical Help

Any smartphone, tablet, or computer with stable internet connection, video, and microphone.
Check your internet connection, browser permissions for camera and mic, and try refreshing the page. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our support team immediately.

Clinicians

Yes. All clinicians are verified Sri Lankan medical professionals registered with the relevant medical councils.
